Workout Hero RPG — Support
Steps or distance are not syncing
Grant Health permission in iOS Settings → Health → Workout Hero RPG. Health access is optional. The app still works if you decline.
A walk is not tracking in the background
Allow location “Always,” and keep the walk active. Tracking continues only for a walk you started.
Ads
The free version shows silent banner ads only. Ads do not play audio, and the app does not show full-screen ads.
Where is my data?
Game progress stays on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes all game data.
